The Three-Wheeled Vehicles Pilot Project Regulations (N.S. Reg. 90/2024) were established by the Governor in Council of Nova Scotia under Section 307 of the Motor Vehicle Act. These regulations launch a pilot project aimed at exploring the use of three-wheeled vehicles on public highways in the province. Running from May
