On December 20, 2022 the Planning and Protective Services Committee for the Town of Paradise directed staff to change section 18(a)i from a 3-metre minimum setback between the property boundary on a flanking street to the wall of the dwelling on a corner property to a minimum 3-metre setback unless otherwise specified by council, between the property boundary on a flanking street to the wall of the dwelling on a corner property.
This change has been made to allow council more flexibility when reviewing fence applications on corner lots.
